Alex Moore

Alex has been a part of Christ Community Church for most of his life and joined the worship team at an early age, playing tambourine or cabassa in the back then slowly working up to playing guitar and singing vocals on the weekly team as a teenager. Since then, he has continuously been found on the worship platform, leading music or directing a special choir performance. Since 2016 he has been the musical team lead has been our primary worship leader since 2022. Alex loves being a part of this church because together we cultivate community through the sharing of our unique and individual strengths. He's passionate about sharing his gifts in music as a part of this community. Alex and his high school sweetheart Erin have been married since 2010 and live in Vallejo with their three amazing kids: Anderson (7), and Emmett (4), and Ellie (2). Alex has a music degree from PLNU and teaches music and theatre locally, while Erin teaches 4th grade in Benicia. They both love traveling, camping, hiking, rivers/lakes/oceans, going to the theatre, and spending whatever time they can together as a family.
